We are now looking for a product specialist with logistics responsibility for a company in agricultural machinery.

About the company

The company is a well-established player in modern machinery trading and works directly with factories to offer high-quality machines to customers throughout Sweden. They also handle the entire aftermarket with their own workshop, expertise, and a comprehensive spare parts inventory. Their goal is to be a knowledgeable, reliable, and accessible supplier, despite having a limited physical presence. As sales grow, they are now looking for a product specialist focused on their machines to continue developing.

About the position

As a product specialist, you play a key role in ensuring knowledge transfer from supplier to customer. Your work includes everything from support during purchases and demonstrations of machines to sales of spare parts and handling of complaints.

The majority of the work takes place at the company's facility, where you are responsible for phone support, delivery of spare parts, and complaint management. When starting larger machines, conducting demonstration runs, or dealing with more complex complaints, the position may involve travel with overnight stays. Part of the job also includes responsibility for the inbound and outbound transport of machines and spare parts.

You will have an independent role but will also be an important part of the team. Specialized training will be provided by suppliers, both to give a solid foundational training in the machines and to create important contacts for future collaboration.

We are looking for someone who has

• A strong interest in agriculture and machinery technology
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in agricultural machinery
• Good command of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• The ability to work both independently and in a team
• A solution-oriented approach and an understanding of good service and attention to detail
